About Your Appointment

You are booking an Initial Homeopathy Consultation with Marci Cooper, DCHM.

Your appointment will be via zoom. Login information will be provided in your confirmation email.

What To Expect

Your healing journey will begin in this initial appointment as we dive deep into understanding your medical history, symptoms, current state, genetic history and more to uncover what your body is telling us.

Be prepared to share every major, minor, and periodic symptom, thought, feeling, sense, life experience, trauma, dream, nightmare, life trend, habit, pattern, and addiction that you experienced and grappled with throughout your lifetime. 

Once we complete your appointment, I will spend several days diving deeper into all we discussed to uncover the commonalities that provide a clear understanding of which holistic remedies can help your body heal itself. 

I’ll create a personalized care plan that will be emailed to you and include remedy instructions and any additional health recommendations based on your current needs.

We will have a follow up appointment within 30 days to evaluate your progress and make any revisions needed to your treatment and dosages.

Once you've selected your time and booked your appointment please fill out this NEW CLIENT INTAKE FORM. 
This must be completed and submitted at least 48 hours prior to your appt.

Cancellation Policy

Each patient is expected to attend your scheduled appointment on time. A cancelled or delayed appointment delays our work and can negatively impact other patients. You can cancel or change your appointment up to 48 hours in advance. Since your appointment involves the reservation of time specifically for you, out of respect for both your Homeopath and her other clients, any cancellation made the day before your scheduled appointment (within 24 hours),  will result in a 50% charge of your scheduled appointment.

Any no shows will be charged 100% of your scheduled appointment.

WHEN FEES ARE WAIVED
The only exception to this cancellation policy is in the event of a serious illness or emergency. We offer one grace for these purposes every six months. 

RESCHEDULING
If you need to re-schedule your appointment, you can do so up to 48 hours prior to your appointment time. You can make the changes to your scheduled appt online. You will find instructions along with the link to reschedule in your confirmation email.

Notifications

You will receive a notification both 48 hours in advance and 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.
