Shipping & Returns
Order and Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed–it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are en route to you.
Orders can take up to 3 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to:
- All Provinces in Canada via Canada Post. Products are shipped from Vancouver, BC
- All U.S. addresses including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories via USPS. We do not ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses. Products are shipped from Nashville, TN
Please ensure that your shipping address information is accurate. If the address provided is incorrect and the item is shipped, the buyer is responsible for any additional shipping costs that arise.
Shipping Costs
For all orders under $75, you will be able to choose your desired shipping method and speed at checkout, within the options available by the designated provider.
All orders of $75 or more before taxes SHIP FREE.
Taxes
US and Canada:
Applicable sales tax will be charged on merchandise total, where applicable. Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page.
Return Policy
Returns are only accepted for products that arrive damaged/defective.
If you believe you have received a defective product or experience a problem, contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
- Please email info@sagesolstice.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue to initiate a return.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt providing the items are unopened/unused in their original packaging. If a returned item is open or used, any refund shall be at the discretion of Sage Solstice Wellness
Please note that refunds are issued in the currency the order was originally placed in regardless of fluctuations in exchange rate.
Upon receipt of your return, we will confirm your refund via email. Please note that taxes will be refunded along with the items you sent back.

Late Returns
Any item returned after 30 days of receipt is not eligible for refund.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Please note that we do not accept returns on digital products or e-gift cards.
