GOLDEN MYLK

-----
As an alternate, a youtube follower shared her golden mylk paste recipe with us. She stores it in a glass jar in her fridge which makes it super easy to add a teaspoon to any hot beverage like hot chai tea, hot decaf coffee, hot mushroom tea or just a cup of hot plant milk.
Here is her recipe (thank you Leah!):

Once paste has formed add:

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon
  • 1-2 tbsp  of honey or maple syrup (if you want it sweet).
